8th J-NOST Conference for Research Scholars at IIT Guwahati
The National Organic Symposium Trust (NOST), a non-profit organization, was established in 1983 for promoting Organic Chemistry
through scientific interactions such as organization of conferences/seminars. Since then, it has been involved in such activities where
established organic chemists get a platform to share their research work. In 2003, it was decided by the Board of Trustees of the NOST
to provide a separate forum for research scholars/junior scientists to have scientific deliberations and interactions. Since then, seven
such conferences were organized in a very successful manner. The 8th NOST conference for research scholars (J-NOST) is planned to be
held during December 15-17, 2012 at IIT Guwahati.
To attend the conference, travel grants for three German PhD-students are available. For more information see: J-NOST-Info (pdf)

4th INDIGO PhD research conference and intensive course
